PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in the insulation of a cutout switch and permit two props to be in service while matching with the design of an illumination device concerned, by locating the accommodating part for the cutout switch at the coupling reinforcement part for the two props arranged parallelly. CONSTITUTION:A coupling reinforcement part 2 is welded fast between two props 1, 1, and a cutout switch 4 is accommodated therein. This coupling reinforcement part 2 to accommodate the switch 4, i.e., a hollow pipe 2, is situated apart from the ground surface and is interposed between the two props 1, 1, with the inside not leading directly to underground, so that the moisture underground will not reach the switch 4. Thereby the switch 4 accommodated in the hollow pipe 2 becomes free from risk of deterioration in its insulation due to underground moisture, etc. As the switch 4 is accommodated in the hollow pipe 3, the props can be embodied thin to suit the design of the illumination device. |
