<p>The intake and delivery element provided in this pump comprises a diaphragm (1) made to perform a reciprocating movement opposite a valve chamber formed by a cylindrical body (10) mounted in a corresponding housing and which comprises two ducts, an intake duct and a delivery duct respectively, for the liquid to be pumped, each valve comprising a movable plug (19a, 19b) arranged in a housing provided at the outlet of the corresponding duct. On either side of the body (10) of this valve chamber two parts (21a and 21b) of moulded material are provided, each comprising on the one hand a ring (22) fitted on the corresponding edge of this body and capable of ensuring the assembly tightness of the latter in its housing, and on the other hand at least one flexible tongue (25) integrally formed with the said ring (22) and carrying a support plate (23) arranged against the plug (19a, 19b) of the corresponding valve to serve as a spring capable of returning this plug to the normal closed position after it has lifted into the open position. <IMAGE></p> |
