A fastening and centring device for clamping a support (4) on a base (1) is described, having respective plane bearing surfaces (29 and 8) which come into contact with one another and respective built-in device parts (5 and 2) comprising a passive (6) and active (3) coupling member, respectively. Furthermore, the device parts have respective cooperating centring members (31 and 33), one of which is made resiliently yielding in the fastening direction. The active coupling member (3) contained in the base part (2) of the device is moveable between a rest position retracted into the bearing surface (8) of the base (1) and a working position projecting above this bearing surface. An axial collar, the root region of which is reduced in its cross-section by opposite narrow radial annular grooves (34, 35) and is of S-shaped design, is provided as the yielding centring member (31). …<IMAGE>… |
