发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SUPERCONDUCTIVE MAGNETIC FIELD GENERATOR AND SUPERCONDUCTIVE COIL
摘要 PURPOSE:To notably decrease the attenuation factor thereby enabling the magnetic field stabilized for a long time to be generated by a method wherein the connecting part of superconductive coil is composed of an auxiliary junction material, a core material, superconductive strands and a stabilizing material to be plasticized at isotropical pressure. CONSTITUTION:Within a superconductive coil comprising a connecting part etc., connecting multiple superconductive coil end parts to adjacent coil end parts, the connecting part is composed of an auxiliary junction material 14, superconductive strands 16, a core material 18 and a stabilizing material 20. For example, as for the superconductive wires 22, 22', the ends thereof are immersed in 60% HNO3; the stabilizing material 20 on the ends is removed to expose the strands, the superconductive strands 14 as the auxiliary junction material 14 are assembled together, while the stabilizing material 20 as the core material 18 is inserted into the central part of the strands 14, 16. Next, the superconductive strand group is plasticized at an isotropic pressure to be pressed down, the sectional space of the ambient stabilizing material 20 is specified to exceed ten times of the assumed sectional space (one) of the strands 16 including the auxiliary junction material 14 so that the coil ends may be connected to make the junction length exceed 15mm. Through these procedures, the connection resistance is lowered while the marginal current is increased/thereby enabling the magnetic field stabilized for a long time to be generated.
