PURPOSE:To simplify the insulation work while improving the insulation property by applying and hardening an thixotropic insulation resin over the whole surface of a riser and the surface of the part connecting the riser to an armature coil and a commutator in a monolithic manner. CONSTITUTION:A thixotropic insulation resin is applied solidly over the surfaces of a joint 7 of a riser 2 and a commutator conductor 6, a joint 3 of the riser 2 and an armature coil 1 and the riser 2 to form an insulation resin coat 9 at an even thickness. The insulation resin coat 9 is deposited and hardened by heating. This enahnces the efficiency of the insulation work thereby enabling the formation of an insulation coat with a higher edge coverage and limited pinholes. |
