To the anode of the first light emitting diode (SD1) a collector of the first transistor (T1) is connected, whose emitter is connected to the first source of voltage (U1), and whose base is connected to the cathode of the third diode (D3), whose anode is connected to the first source of voltage (U1) and to the base of the first transistor (T1) also the first condenser (C1) is connected, whose second contact is connected with the third resistor (R3), whose second contact is connected to the third source of voltage (U3) and the anode of the second diode (D2) is connected to the third source of voltage (U3), while its cathode is connected to the second resistor (R2), whose second contact is connected with the anode of the second light emitting diode (SD2), whose cathode is connected to the first source of voltage (U1) and to the anode of the second light emitting diode (SD2) a collector of the second transistor (T2) is connected, whose emitter is connected to the first source of voltage (U1) and whose base is connected to the cathode of the fourth diode (D4), whose anode is connected to the first source of voltage (U1) and to the base of the second transistor (T2) also the second condenser (C2) is connected, whose second contact is connected with the fourth resistor (R4), whose second contact is connected to the second source of voltage (U2).<IMAGE>
