The powder comprises under 0.063mm CuSr10 non-spherical bronze 89.6, under 0.063mm graphite 4.8-5.2 and industrial carboxymethyl cellulose 0.9-1 wt.%. The mix also incorporates under 0.063mm titanium dioxide 4.8-5.2% and the cellulose in distilled water gives a homogeneous paste. The paste, dried at 110+/-10 deg.C is then ground, for retention of the up to 0.100mm fraction or the 0.100mm fraction, for use in hot powder coating.
