发明名称 METHOD OF REACTION MIXTURE TREATMENT FROM /2,2/ PARACYCLOPHANE AND ITS DERIVATIVE PRODUCTION
摘要 The solution concerns a method of processing of reaction mixture from production of /2,2/paracyclophane and its derivatives by thermal decomposition of quaternary ammonium base of general formula I, where X is atom of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, brome, alkyl or aryl and n is 1 to 4 in the environment of water solution of alkaline hydroxide, toluene, and dimethyl sulfoxide. Its principle consists in the fact that after termination of the thermal decomposition the reaction mixture is cooled to a temperature of 20 to 60 degrees C, optimally to 40 to 50 degrees C and after creation of three-phase liquid system the separate layers are separated from each other. After neutralizing the product is isolated from the upper toluene layer, at concurrent recycling by distilled-off toluene, dimethyl sulfoxide is distilled off the middle dimethyl sulfoxide layer after removal of water by evaporation at reduced pressure, or by azeotropic distillation at reduced pressure. This dimethyl sulfoxide is recycled and from the lower water layer after filtering of sodium chloride the solution of sodium hydroxide is obtained, which is after adjustment of the concentration necessary for thermal decomposition returned back to the production cycle.<IMAGE>
