PURPOSE:To reliably collect combustion exhaust gas and soot by means of a low exhaust gas airflow to discharge them to an outdoor place by a method wherein a suction port is formed in the upper surface of a body with a built-in exhaust blower located in the hood body of a box body the under surface of which is opened, and the delivery port of the exhaust gas blower is formed in a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A hood body 1 of a box body the front and the under surface of which are opened is fixed to a back wall 7 in a manner to be positioned above a cooking apparatus, and the front of the hood body 1 is covered with a front hood 2. A body 9 with a builtin exhaust blower 3 is located in the hood body 1. When the exhaust blower 3 is run, generated and rising combustion exhaust gas and soot are collided with the under surface of the body 9 with the built-in exhaust blower 3 once. However, since the combustion exhaust gas and the soot have rising energy, they rise from the periphery of the body 9 with the built-in exhaust blower 3 to a space above the body 9. After they reside once, they are sucked through a suction port 4 and delivered in a horizontal direction and delivered through a discharge port 5 to an outdoor place. |
