PURPOSE:To supervise and control a slave station from a remote place by transmitting a paging signal from a central station and adding monitor information of each slave station to a reception signal to transmit them from each slave station and receiving this reception signal by the central station to compare it with the transmission signal. CONSTITUTION:The paging signal is composed and is transmitted from a central station C to slave stations D1 to Dn. When receiving the signal from the central station C, each slave station temporarily stores the reception signal and takes out the stored reception signal to add supervisory information. That is, a paging call signal including a central station number, a supervisory response signal, and a control response signal is transmitted as the SV signal of each slave station. The central station C receives the signal from each slave station and compares it with the transmitted signal. When contents of both of them coincide with each other, the normal operation is discriminated; but otherwise, the abnormal operation is discriminated, and its contents are displayed on a display device and an alarm is raised. Thus, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the cost of the system is reduced. |
