摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a specific photodetection window from being shielded from light by the hand holding the measuring instrument and to generate an electromotive current efficiently by nearly equalizing respective photodetection windows of the solar battery in areas and making the photodetection windows cover the outer peripheries of other adjacent photodetection windows. CONSTITUTION:Cells a12a, b12b, c12c, and d12d have the photodetection windows 14a, 14b, 14c, and 14d respectively. The photodetection window 14d of the cell d12d is so shaped in a loop surrounding a display part 34; and the photodetection windows 14c is provided surrounding the outer periphery of the photodetection window 14d, the photodetection window 14b is provided surrounding the outer periphery of the photodetection window 14c, and the photodetection window is provided surrounding the outer periphery of the photodetection window 14b respectively. The photodetection windows 14a - 14d are adjusted in lateral width so as to have nearly the same area. Consequently, the portable measuring instrument 10 is prevented from having only a specific photodetection window shielded from light by the hand 16 holding the instrument 10 for scanning and the electromotive current of a solar battery group 8 can be generated efficiently.
