<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the recording and in-room processing by releasing a room lock device for a fixed time after the employment data are printed when the coincidence is secured between the individual code of a time card and the received individual code and the input of an in-room code is received. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 5 of a company member card 1 hanged on a breast, etc., via a tag 2 is pushed at the front of a time recorder 11, an individual code and an entrance code are sent to the recorder 11 via an antenna 10A. The transmission data are received via the antenna 10A and a reception circuit 20. A CPU 3 collates the received individual code with that stored in a memory 32. When the coincidence is secured between both codes, a time card T can be accepted. Then the card T is put into a slit 12, a code reader 22 reads the individual code of the card T and collates this code with the individual code received from the card 1. When the coincidence is obtained between both codes, the employment data are printed. Then an unlock is inputted to the electronic lock devices RA-RN of rooms A-N respectively from an unlock signal output device 27. Thus these lock devices are released for a fixed time.</p> |
