PURPOSE:To attain the control of a message buffer area having the high performance by providing 1st cell securing/storing device which secures the desired number of cells having the designated sizes, a cell control table setting device which sets the cell store area length to a cell control table, etc. CONSTITUTION:A cell store length designating/deciding device 1 checks whether the cell length is designated or not at transfer of a message. Then the desired number of cells having the designated sizes are secured and set at a cell control table. When the designated sizes are omitted, an area is secured based on the cell length set on a pool control table. In this case, the interchangeability is taken into consideration with the conventional technique. Thus the cells can be effectively controlled in a memory. Therefore the availability of the memory is increased and the dynamic steps can be decreased in a communication control system where the messages of various sizes are transferred. Then a message buffer area having area having such high performance is controlled. |
