HUMAN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST GLYCOPROTEIN GP III OF VARICELLA ZOSTER VIRUS

摘要

A human monoclonal antibody against glycoprotein gp III of varicella zoster virus (VZV) and a hybridoma which produces the same. This hybridoma is obtained by sensitizing a human lymphocyte with a gp III antigen in the presence of a mitogen, fusing the sensitized lymphocyte with a mouse myeloma cell, and selecting a cell line which produces a monoclonal antibody which reacts in an ELISA with a cell monolayer plate but substantially not in an ELISA with a cell homogenate plate.
