PURPOSE:To reflect the intention of a player and to generate a musical sound which is rich in variation by providing a sound source, a random number generating means, a touch detecting means, and a synthesizing means and controlling a musical sound signal according to composite data. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter 5 converts the depression pressure of a keyboard 3 and the detected value of a depth sensor 4. A memory 6 is stored with an operation program. A memory 7 is stored with setting parameters for waveforms, etc. A RAM 8 is stored with data generated during performance. A clock generator 9 makes a CPU 1 to perform sound generation/elimination and pitch control. A switch group includes switches 10a and 10b in addition to switches for timbre selecting and parameter setting and a front/rear touch is made to set whether or not pitch control is required. A sound source circuit 11 generates a musical sound corresponding to one key while a sound generation channel is made independent. The random number generating means generates random number data, which is composed with touch data detected by a touch detecting means; and the intention of the player can be reflected on the musical sound according to the touch state by controlling the pitch, timbre, and loudness of the musical sound with the composite signal and random numbers are used to eliminate the monotonousness of the musical sound. |
