<p>PURPOSE:To satisfactorily hold the preservability of a blood platelet and to miniaturize the size of a blood platelet (PC) bag by constituting a blood collecting bag and the PC bag of a sheet material made of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and specifying thickness of the sheet material of a blood platelet containing part of the PC bag. CONSTITUTION:A blood collecting bag 1 and a PC bag 10 are formed like a bag by superposing a sheet material made of PVC, and welding it by high frequency heating, etc., in sheet parts 2, 11 of the peripheral edge, respectively. Wall thickness of the sheet material in a blood platelet containing part 12 of the PC bag 10 is set to 40-70% of the sheet material in a blood component containing part 3 of the blood collecting bag 1. A size of the PC bag 10 is not made larger than that of the blood collecting bag 1 and sufficient permeability of O2 gas and CO2 gas is obtained, and preservability of a blood platelet can be held satisfactorily. Since the blood collecting bag 1 and the PC bag 10 are constituted of PVC, flexibility for standing a centrifugal separating operation and shaking preservation and heat resistance against sterilization are obtained.</p> |
