PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to enable a direct connection with an I<2>L, by connecting the collector of a transistor (TR), connected to the output of an operational amplifier, to the input of a logical circuit composed of the I<2>L, and by controlling the logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:A voltage for comparison from a terminal 27 is applied to an operational amplifier 21, whose output is applied to the base of a TR22. The emitter output of the TR22 is passed through a resistance 23 to form a feedback loop; only when the comparison voltage applied to the terminal 27 is positive, the TR22 operates as a current source and when negative, the TR22 turns off. The collector current of the TR22 absorbs the collector current of the injector IJ current supply TR24a of an I<2>L logical circuit 24 and a TR24b for an inverter has no base current, so that it turns off. When the comparison voltage is negative, no current flows to the TR22, so the IJ current of the I<2>L24 drives the TR24b, which turns on. Thus, a current output comparator of simple constitution which can be connected directly to the I<2>L is constituted without using a special interface circuit. |
