PURPOSE:To obtain excellent directivity having a greatly suppressed side lobe, by connecting a resistance body, preventing reflection, between a center conductor and an external conductor provided atop of arranged radiation elements. CONSTITUTION:A collinear antenna consists of a coaxial feeder 1, earth lines 2, and dipole radiation elements 3 connected crossing by turns, and a resistance body 4 is connected between a center and an external conductor provided atop of the uppermost element 3. This resistance body 4 absorbs electric power, which is not radiated and reaches the tip, of high-frequency electric power fed from a feeding terminal. Consequently, the disorder of directivity due to a current, originating from reflected electric power, flowing to the element of each stage is prevented, and excellent directional characteristics having a suppressed side lobe are obtained. |
