The prodn. of a spray-wall material compsn. is characterized by mixing a cotton yarn chip (7) of 2-8mm size with an adhesive sizing agent (B) [The mixing wt. ratio of (A):(B) = 5.3-6 : 4.7-4 . The sizing agent (B) is composed of 30-70 wt.% water-soluble adhesive, 8-15 wt.% dispersion-penetrating agent, 5- 35 wt.% flame-retardant, 2-15 wt.% filler, 3-7 wt.% phenol as an antiseptic and 2-5 wt.% silicon powder as a water-repellenting agent. The compsn. has a good flame retardancy, light-fastness and adhesiveness.
