PURPOSE:To surely and rapidly clean bean curd by pressurizing, dehydrating and forming coagulated bean curd in a forming tank charged with high temperature water between a conveyor and a pressurizing conveyor which are vertically laid and then successively cleaning both the conveyors with a cleaning solution stored in a forming tank and washing water from a high pressure nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Bean curd is blended with a given amount of coagulant, fed to a coagulating tank 1, transported by a conveying means 2 and coagulated. Then the coagulated bean curd is sent to a forming tank 5 charged with warm water at a sterile temperature by a delivery conveyor 4. Then the bean curd is pressurized, dehydrated and formed in warm water between a conveyor 6 and a pressurizing conveyor 7 which are vertically opposingly arranged. Then, after the operation is over, the molding tank 5 is charged with a cleaning solution and both the conveyors 6 and 7 are driven for a given time and cleaned. Then the cleaning solution is discharged out of the tank, washing water is jetted under high pressure from a high pressure washing nozzle 9 while driving both the conveyors 6 and 7 and bean curd pieces attached to both the conveyors 6 and 7 are washed away. |
