The invention relates to a box for packing bananas, from harvesting to final selling. It is comprised of four angle posts (5) interconnected by semi-rigid sides, perforated in case of film covering, lateral receptacles (2) and a central receptacle (3) allowing to receive the residual sap which is evacuated through the orifices (8). One or several central posts (6), according to the box length, provide for the rigidity of the central receptacle, once the boxes are piled on top of each other. The box of the invention, which is stackable and pilable by rotation, is exclusively intended for the operations of harvesting under banana trees, phyto-sanitary treatment, transport, ripening and display selling of bananas.
