According to the invention, the action of intracutaneous electric fields are used to enhance the transport of dermic water molecules in the direction of the cornea skin layer; for this purpose, an article with a spongy support is formed, containing an electrolyte (2) and having, on one of its sides, a metallic microparticle network (3) and (4), with different electrode potentials, forming an assembly of mini electrodes flush on one of its sides and more or less uniformly distributed on one of the sides of said article.
