PURPOSE:To upgrade the decorative effect of the surface of a product by stitching a plurality of sheet-shaped materials to be bonded not only lineally but also curvingly and forming linear stitching lines and curved stitch lines. CONSTITUTION:An upper surface side skin material 20 and a lower surface side skin material 22 are stitched together by means of stitching sections 31 of the same dimension as the length of projected sections 25 by pressure welding a supersonic vibrator 11 intermittently on the projected sections 25 formed continuously on the peripheries of flat plate-shaped disk components 23 and the corrugated board-shaped disk components 24, and stitching lines 29 and 30 are formed continuously following the feeding of a core material, the upper surface side skin material 20 and the lower surface side skin material 22 by means of a feeding roller. As the corrugated board-shaped disk components 24 and the flat plate-shaped disk components 23 are mounted fixingly on a rotating shaft 14 alternately at the given interval, the super-sonic vibrator 11 is pressure welded with said disk components 23 and 24 intermittently, and in the case sheet-shaped bonding materials 19, 20 and 22 are stitched, linear stitch lines 20 and curved stitch lines 30 are formed alternately. |
