PURPOSE:To permit the judgement without depending on intuition by calculating the production progress situation, referring to the manufacture plan and the production plan, representing the degree of the necessity of restoration when trouble is generated, and by outputting the tine for restoration or the priority order. CONSTITUTION:In a manufacture plan 3, the information such as the name of job, name of kind, delivery date, name of process, and the start time and end time is registered. When production starts, the production result 4 is prepared, and a progress state calculating means 1 refers to the plan and the result, and the production progress state 5 is prepared. When trouble is generated, an equipment state estimating means 2 calculates the equipment estimation result 7, referring to the equipment operation state 6, manufacture plan 3, and the production progress state 5. In this case, the operation-enabled time after the stop of the equipment, residual processing time for processing the planned job, and the number of jobs in close to the data of delivery are shown quantitatively. Accordingly, the restoration time for suppressing the damage for the production as a whole, and the judgement of the priority order for restoration can be outputted, and the need of judgement through intuition is obviated. |
