Ski-binding device with automatic fitting, with front and rear stops which each comprise a slide 20 which can be displaced longitudinally with respect to the ski 10 against an adjustable elastic force and which carries immobilising members capable of being applied with pressure onto the sole edge 50 of a ski boot 52. These immobilising means consist of two small rods, for example 46, mounted pivotably on the slide about a spindle 42 extending horizontally and transversely with respect to the length of the ski, the said small rods being joined together by a linking member 48 and being capable of pivoting between a low immobilising position and a high release position.
