PURPOSE:To control temp. with high accuracy by monitoring the change of the current impressed to the induction coil neighboring an induction heating coil to be controlled in a coil current control part, and correcting the chamber of the current impressed to the coil to be controlled due to the deviation of the monitored current. CONSTITUTION:The induction heating coil 11 generating the magnetic flux whose main component is of axial direction of a hermetic vessel is provided as a heater, and the coil current control part controlling the current to be impressed to each coil 11 is provided as a heating control part. The coil current control part consists of a DC converter 12, a reverse converter 13, a turn-off thyristor 14, a program storing unit 15, a temp. detecting unit 16, an off-time processing unit 17, a control unit 18, a standard off-time setting unit 19, a temp. comparing unit 20, and a time correcting unit 21, etc., and the change of the current impressed to the induction coil neighboring the induction heating coil to be controlled is monitored, and the change of the current impressed to the induction heating coil to be controlled is corrected based on the deviation of the monitored current. As a result, a temp. control of high accuracy is carried out.
