Process and appts for mixing at least two materials comprising a resin and a hardener e.g. silicone is claimed. The mixing chamber comprises a pouch or tube divided into at least two compartment, one of which is prefilled with one of the components. A second compartment is metered into the other compartment and during mixing the dividing compartment wall is perforated to allow the materials to flow into each other. Mixing appts. comprises spring loaded rollers rotating about a central shaft. The pouch is positioned on a radiussed holder below the rollers and the filling end is closed by a bolt. Pressure from the rotating rollers squeezes the components together and mixes them. After mixing the closure bolt releases and the rollers extrude the mixt. from the pouch.
