A hazard luminaire for optically safeguarding sources of danger, for example roadworks and other sources of danger, which is to be mounted by means of a fastening part on a blocking element, for example the post of a distance marker, is improved and secured against detachment and hurling away of luminaire parts or the entire luminaire during a hard crash against the barrier, to the effect that the luminaire housing containing the optical part is designed with an integrally formed elastically resilient housing body, the fastening part is firmly attached to this housing body and that an accommodation opening, separate from the fastening part, is formed in the housing body in which the lamp carrier can be inserted and fastened, for example locked, from outside. The elastic resilience of the housing body can be designed to reach the limit of elastomeric deformability, that is to say up to a deformability which is usually inconceivable for technical construction parts. By arranging the accommodation opening for the lamp carrier separate from the fastening part of the hazard luminaire, the lamp carrier can be removed from the luminaire housing, serviced and reinserted without taking the luminaire off the respective locking element. |
