<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the incidence of light to a synthetic resin layer at the time of exposing and to make improvement in display grade by forming light shielding films apart color filter forming regions on a transparent substrate and forming photosetting synthetic resin layers so as to cover the light shielding films. CONSTITUTION:The light shielding films 24 are formed apart the color filter 26 forming region of the predetermined intervals on the transparent substrate 22. The synthetic resin layers 27 having a photosetting property are formed on the transparent substrate 22 covering the light shielding films 24 and a mask member 28 is disposed. The synthetic resin layers 27 are irradiated with light and are thereby solidified to form color filters 26. Namely, the light shielding films 24 are formed between the regions where the color filters 26 are formed and the incidence that the leak light enters the synthetic resin layers 27 is prevented in spite of the misregistration of the mask member 28 to the synthetic resin layers 27 at the time of the irradiation with the light. The color filters 26 are formed flat in this way and the improvement in display grade is made.</p> |
