PURPOSE:To make a beverage such as coffee with a microwave oven, by adapting siphon effect. CONSTITUTION:A filter-mounting member 7 is placed on the bottom part of an upper bowl 3 and is depressed. A connecting hook 9' that has abutted on the upper surface of a connecting projection 6 is slid through a taper part 16 thereon and is connected to the connecting projection 6 by its elasticity. After that, a filter 4 is placed on the filter-mounting member 7, and the upper bowl 3 is inserted into the upper opening part of a lower bowl 1 in which a definite amount of water is poured, and their bowls are engaged with each other. After a definite amount of coffee powder 19 is thrown into the upper bowl 3, a covering member 10 to be fitted is fitted to the upper bowl 3, and this coffee-maker is placed in a microwave oven. When the microwave oven is turned on, a bowl of coffee is made by siphone effect after a specified time elapses. After the upper bowl 3 is detached from the lower bowl 1, a rising water-pipe 2 of the upper bowl 3 is inserted into a catching sleeve 11 of the covering member 10. At this time, the engagement between the connecting hook 9' and the connecting projection 6 is released by taper action between a taper part 17 on the catching sleeve 11 and the taper part 16 on the connecting hook 9'. |
