PURPOSE:To implement four signal processing operations such as black level reproduction, gradation, color reproduction and highlighting simultaneously by supplying part of the data of three-dimension color signal corresponding to the color of the 1st representing color system as an address signal to a lookup table. CONSTITUTION:Data rx, gx, bx of low-order 4-bit in three-dimension color signal data Rx, Gx, Bx corresponding to colors of 1st representing color system are fed to an arithmetic circuit 5 through transmission lines 12-14. Then interpolation data r', g', b' are generated by applying a prescribed operation with data kr, kg, kb of arithmetic coefficients fed from the lookup table 4 through transmission lines 18-20 and the above data rx, gx, bx. The color signal data is interpolated by using the interpolation data r', g', b'. Thus, a picture with complete white balance and with minimum color jump is obtained easily with a simple device. |
