PURPOSE:To enable insert molding without breaking a glass plate by adopting a structure such as the circumferential edge parts of the inorganic glass plate are covered with the rubber packings and the metallic frame plates are abutted against the front face and the rear face of the rubber packing, and the glass plate is buried in the synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A rubber packing 13 and two sheets of metallic frame plates are utilized. The rear frame plate 25 is placed on the prescribed position of a male mold 31. Thereafter the circumferential edges of a glass plate 10 are covered with rubber packings 13. This glass plate 10 is fitted to the male mold 31 and a front plate part 14 is fitted to the prescribed position of a female mold 33. The male mold 31 and the female mold 33 are mold-clamped. The outer circumferential part of a front frame plate 21, the outer circumferential part of the rear frame plate 25 and furthermore the circumferential end parts of glass plate 10 covered with the rubber packing 13 are projected into the cavity 35 for the drum part of a waterproof case which is molded by the male mold 31 and the female mold 33. In this state, molten resin is injected into the cavity 35 from an injection gate 39 and a waterproof case 40 made of synthetic resin is integrally molded. Thereby it is prevented that the rubber packing is deformed at a time of injection molding and that molding defective is caused. The synthetic resin product with inorganic glass buried thereinto can be produced by integral molding. |
