PURPOSE:To obtain an epoxy resin laminate excellent in heat resistance, hot strength, etc., by making prepregs by impregnating bases with an adduct obtained by prereacting two specified epoxy resins with bisphenol A and laminating these prepregs. CONSTITUTION:An adduct is produced by prereacting an epi-bis epoxy resin (e.g., epichlorohydrin-bisphenol A epoxy resin) with a phenol novolak epoxy resin and bisphenol A. Bases are impregnated with this adduct and dried to make prepregs. The obtained prepregs are laminated to obtain an epoxy resin laminated. Because said two epoxy resins are used in combination after they are subjected to addition reaction through the bisphenol A, the curing reaction of the resin can proceed uniformly without leaving any unreacted matter, and the performance of the laminate can be improved. |
