PURPOSE:To obtain a thin type secondary battery with a high capacity and a long life by filling an electrolyte between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, between the first positive electrode and the second positive electrode, and between the first negative electrode and the second negative electrode. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode and a negative electrode on a case 53, a positive electrode and a negative electrode on a case 58 are separately aged and formed. An electrolyte is injected on the case 53 side to cover the upper face of a negative electrode active material 3, and an electrolyte is injected on the case 58 side to cover the upper face of a positive electrode active material. One side F-F' of the case 53 and one side G-G' of the case 58 are matched, the cases 53, 58 are stacked centering the sides F-F', G-G', and ends of the cases 53, 58 are sealed. The active materials are prevented from being brought into direct contact with each other, the occurrence of cracks on the active materials can be prevented, and a thin type secondary battery with high reliability and a high capacity can be obtained. |
