PURPOSE:To simplify setting of the output position of variable data for plural lines in addition to the setting of fixed data and its output position by providing the document output means with a means for outputting fixed data to its corresponding position on a document and a means for outputting variable data to an output position on the document. CONSTITUTION:A format module is constituted of page control information for controlling printing fixed data which are not repeatedly printed out over several lines in the document and line control information for controlling printing variable data to be repeatedly printed out over several lines in the document and a format control device 13 combines the format module stored in a format module storingpart 11 and printing data stored in a printing data storing part 12 and outputs the printing fixed data and the printing variable data to a processor 14 by an image to be printed out on the document. Consequently, required fixed data can be outputted to a required position of a required page of the document and the variable data for plural lines can be outputted to another required position. |
