PURPOSE:To provide a nutritive composition similar to that of human mother milk and contributing to the calcium metabolism and intestinal membrana mucosa development of neonates by compounding prathyroid hormone and/or parathyroid hormone-like protein. CONSTITUTION:The nutritive composition contains parathyroid hormone (PTH) and/or parathyroid hormone-like protein (PTH-LP) controlling the kinetic balance of extracellular calcium metabolism in bodies, such as bone-reabsorption or asteoblast multiplication so as to give a final liquid concentration of 10-300mg eq/ml, preferably 45-150mg eq/ml, immunologically converted into the human PTH or into the human PTH-LP (1-34) similar to the human PTH on oral administration, etc. The PTH or PTH-LP is preferably originated from the milk, organs and/or blood of a mammal.
