PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately insert a coil into the annular groove of a core by a method wherein the coil is temporarily inserted into the annular groove, and after it has been pressed, the coil is installed in the annular groove by rotating a curling pawl. CONSTITUTION:The cam 11 side of a cylinder 3 is made to intrude into a core 2 in a state wherein curling pawls 12 and 12 are sunk in the cam 11, and the pawls 12 are opposed to the prescribed annular grooves 2a in which coils are temporarily inserted. The pawls 12 are projected to outside in association with the rotation of the cam 11, and the virtual circle, having the distance between the center part and the outer circumferential surface of the cam 11 as its radius, is made larger in diameter. The tip of the pawls 12 are inserted into the corresponding grooves 2a, and the four corresponding places of the coil temporarily inserted into the grooves 2a by the tip faces 14 are pressed to the bottom face and the side face of the grooves 2a. Subsequently, the cylinder 3, the cam 11 and the pawls 12 are rotated around the axis of the cylinder 3, the outer circumferential surfaces 14 of the pawls 12 are shifted in conformity with the inside diameter side of the coil, almost the whole circumference of the coil is pressed to the bottom face and the side face of the grooves 2a, and the coil is installed in the grooves 2. |
