PURPOSE:To improve a rapid heating property and a high temperature durability by providing a heat-resisting body of a complex ceramics which consists of one sort, or two or more sorts of nitrides of specific metals, Sialon, and a sintering assist agent, in a Sialon sintered body. CONSTITUTION:As a heat-resisting body 2, 60wt.% or more of a mixture of nitrades of one sort, or two or more sorts of metals selected from a group of Ti, Zr, Hf, La, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, and W, 5 to 30wt.% of a mixture of one or two of Sialon, and less than 10wt.% of another sintering assist agent of ceramics material powder which has an affinity to both the above nitrades and the Sialon, are used. And, after those material powders are powdered minutely with a mill or the like, an organic binder, an interface activator, and an organic solvent are added and kneaded to make a conductive paste, and it is fed on a green sheet 1 of sialon. Then, specific sheets of the above green sheets and Sialon green sheets with no heat-resisting body are heat-pressed to laminate, and they are baked and sintered in a nonacid ambiance at 1600 to 2000 deg.C. |
