PURPOSE:To reduce liquid stagnant and eliminate defects of liquid drooling of hard coating solution, by providing a gradient which the solution is led outward on a part located at least below at an installation hole of a windshield on a body when the windshield is molded integrally with the hole in advance. CONSTITUTION:A windshield 1 for vehicles such as motorcycle is manufactured through synthetic resin injection molding technique, and is caused to undergo a hard coat processing by immersing it in a hard coating solution. Then a gradient 3 which the solution is led outward is provided on a part located at least below at an installation hole 2 for a windshield onto a body side, when the windshield is integrally formed in advance with the hole by injection molding process. As a result, liquid stagnant is reduced and thereby defects of liquid drooling is eliminated, thus assuring high production efficiency. |
