PURPOSE:To shorten a lead-in time until a motor reaches the fixed number of revolution after the motor is started by making the maximum value of supply power until the reaching of the number of revolution of the motor to the fixed number of revolution is detected larger than that of supply power after reaching to the fixed number of revolution of the number of revolution of the motor is detected. CONSTITUTION:A fixed number counted by a counter 12 is set to a reference frequency value, count values 13 are read by a CPU 16 every time the count values 13 counted by the counter 12 are latched to a counter latch 14, and the rotational frequency value of a motor 1 is obtained from the difference of two novel and old count values. Frequency difference is acquired by the difference of the reference frequency value and the rotational frequency value while a lower figure corresponding to the reference frequency value in the count values and the reference frequency value are compared and phase difference is obtained. The maximum value of a feed data at a time when the rotational frequency of the motor 1 is lower than a fixed value is made larger than that of a feed data at a time when the rotational frequency of the motor 1 is higher than the fixed value. |
