<p>PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a mounting base, and to obtain a small type power source having a simple assembling process by a method wherein a housing section, in which transformer coils are housed, is formed by integrally constructing a case and a circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:A power source 10 contains a transformer 12, and the transformer 12 is composed of a case 14 and a coil 16 which is formed with the core 14 as the center point. The above-mentioned transformer 12 is formed by inserting two U-shaped cores 14a and 14b into the coil 16 from outside of a case 20 passing through an inserting hole 20a and butting them together. In this power source 10, power is given, for example, to a drive circuit 26 from an input cable 28. The output of the circuit 26 is applied to the input side of the transformer, and the high voltage generated on the output side of the transformer 12 is applied to the high-tension circuit 18 such as a rectifier circuit and the like. The DC voltage rectified by the circuit 18 is picked out from an output cable 30 as the output of the power source 10. The coil 16 and the like of the transformer 12 is housed by the coaction of the case 20 and a circuit substrate 22. Accordingly, the number of components needed can be reduced, and the title power source can be made small in size.</p> |
