<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an infusion vessel, which is superior in an external appearance, by eliminating generation of flashes, by method wherein at the time of extrusion of thermoplastic resin, a mouth part of a vessel molded beforehand is arranged on the central part of parison to be extruded and welding and setting of the mouth part of the vessel are performed prior to blow molding of the parison. CONSTITUTION:A mouth part 7 of a vessel molded separately beforehand is fed directly below a mouth part fitting shaft 6 from the outside of a die 2 by a mouth part feed arm 8. Then after the mouth part 7 of the vessel is fitted to the mouth part fitting shaft 6 by lowering the shaft 6, molten parison 9 is extruded trough an extrusion nozzle 3. Then a parison chuck 11 is shut off, the tip of the parison 9 is sealed and preblow is performed by compressed gas to be fed trough a preblow nozzle 5. Then the parison 9 is held between a pair of mold cores 12, 12 at a part where the mouth part 7 of the vessel is situated. With this construction, the mouth part 7 of the vessel is thermally fused to the parison 9 and fixed. Then after the upper part of the parison 9 is cut off by actuating a parison cutter 14, a blow nozzle 15 is connected with the mouth part 7 of the vessel, blow molding is performed and an infusion vessel is manufactured.</p> |
