<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize equipment, by connecting treated water take-out passages to the treating water filtering spaces partitioned and formed in a microbiological reaction tank by ceramic filters. CONSTITUTION:A large number of bottomed cylindrical ceramic filters 5 each being an ultrafiltration membrane are mounted to square pillar shaped hollow supports 6 so as to protrude therefrom upwardly and downwardly and connected to the interiors of the supports 6. A large number of the supports 6 are parallelly arranged in two upper and lower stages within a reaction tank 2 and bacteria immobilized beds of acid fermentation bacteria or methane fermentation bacteria are formed by the ceramic filters 5 to demarcate and form treating water filtering spaces 7 in the reaction tank 2 and treated water take- out passages 8 are connected to all of the treating water filtering spaces 7 through the supports 6. The water in the reaction tank 2 is purified in an anaerobic atmosphere by the bacteria adhered to the ceramic filters 5.</p> |
