<p>PURPOSE:To effectively purify rivers by a small-scaled simple structure by sinking a filter material on the downstream side of the flow rate control means of rivers and generating fine linear air bubbles in as fine a linear state as possible from an air diffusing pipe to supply oxygen to a part of the filter material area. CONSTITUTION:A filter material 2 formed by densely gathering a large number of cylindrical bodies to arrange the same at random is sunk on the downstream side of the floodgate 1 being the flow rate control means of rivers and a plurality of air diffusion pipes 15 crossing a flow direction at a right angle are arranged below the filter material 2 from the part on the upstream side and fine linear air bubbles are generated in as fine a linear state as possible from the air diffusion pipes to supply oxygen to a part of the filter material area. By this method, SS catching properties being the feature of the cylindrical filter material are enhanced and a biological membrane is easily formed and a sludge stagnation time becomes long and org. matter is entirely oxidized. By stopping some of a plurality of the air diffusion pipes and arbitrarily changing the distribution pattern of dissolved oxygen in water channel, anaerobic decomposition and denitrifing action become possible and a structure is simplified by a total surface aeration method.</p> |
