The body has a pair of spaced handle-like loops (8, 10) extending from the rim of the body and a pair of ties (12, 14) extending from the same rim at positions intermediate the loops (8, 10). The ties (12, 14) are capable of being tied together to effect a first closing action on the bag and the loops being capable of are also tied together to effect a second closing action on said bag.
