PURPOSE:To prevent the permeation of rain water from the connecting edge parts of the glass fiber cloths and to prevent the decrease in the strength of the glass fiber cloths and the strength of the whole membrane structure as the result, by covering the connecting edge parts over more than two connecting surfaces with tapes having specified width and by heat-sealing the connecting surfaces in a body in a membrane structure where glass fiber clothes coated with a fluoro resin are used as the membrane materials. CONSTITUTION:Fluoro resin membranes 1a, 1b are prepared by coating both surfaces of a glass fiber layer 13 with a fluoro resin 12. After the surfaces to be connected 20 of the fluoro resin membrane 1a, 1b and a synthetic resin sheet 2 are put up together, a tape 3 of a specified width covers over the two fluoro resin membrane 1a, 1b and they are heat-sealed from both upper and bottom sides by an iron device 4. The fluoro resin membrane 1a, 1b, the synthetic resin sheet 2 and the tape 3 are thereby tightly connected together in an integral body. |
