PURPOSE:To realize the control of water intake in accrodance with the operation program of a filtration plant, by reading the corresponding flow-down delay time out of the stored value and then carrying out the control of flow rate in case the flow-down delay characteristics of the filtration plant is previously stored to change the flwo rate. CONSTITUTION:Based on the volune demand obtained by a demand volume predicting device 12, an operation programming device 13 for filtration plant delivers the water volume of a filtration plant 1. At the same time, a raceway flow rate controller 14 looks for the point of change of the water volume of the plant 1. In case the water volume changes from Q1 to Q2 by DELTAQ1 at 6 00 and from Q2 to QA3 by DELTAQ2 at 20:00, respectively, the controller 14 extracts the corresponding T out of the storage value of the characteristics of the steady water conveyance amout Q-flow-down dalay time T by which the flow-down delay times T1 and T2 in the change of flow rate at 6:00 and 20:00, respectively from the flow-down delay time curved surface which is given previously. With this value of extraction, the changing time of the water intake volume is set at (6-T1) and (20-T2), respectively and transferred to a plant controller 15 to execute the plant control. |
