PURPOSE:To obtain KONJAK (paste made from starch of devil's tongue) having high toughness and luster, giving tough feeling in chewing and free from lime smell, by mixing fluid paste and gel paste prepared separately from KONJAK raw material and mixing the mixture with lime water. CONSTITUTION:Fluid paste and gel paste are separately prepared from KONJAK raw material and are mixed with each other. The objective KONJAK to be eaten raw can be prepared by adding and mixing lime water to the mixture. |
