PURPOSE: To prevent a carpal tunnel syndrome and algetic windpuffs as much as possible, and hold down it to the minimum if a person suffers from the above by limiting bending and stretch to freely adjust the motion of a hand correlated with a wrist, and limiting the deflection of the ulna and radius. CONSTITUTION: A hand brace 13 has a back side 26 integrated along its distal side and a palm side hand part 25, and on wearing, four fingers are connected along the proximal side only by a web for partitioning finger holes extended through them, and the web is positioned between the thumb and an indicating fiber. A thumb strap 45 integrated with the palm side part 25 is wound along the rear of the thumb for assisting algetic windpuffs treatment when it is worn. Further, it has a back side 51 and a palm side wrist part 50 integrated with each side hand part which are integrated with each other along the distal side. A carpal strap 58 integrated with the back side carpal part 51 protects the carpal from the carpal tunnel syndrome when it is worn, and in order to decrease a trouble, the palm side of the carpal and a part of the palm side of the hand are co-operated and superposed to control the stretch and bending motion of the hand and the deflection of the ulna and radius.
