Wall constructed from full-height reinforced-concrete panels, with a "T"-shaped section, equipped with a central rib in the pillar which is immediately behind it, of variable section increasing towards the base, and equipped with sole plates for facilitating its anchoring and fixing to a foundation base, inclined at a predetermined angle "α" to the slope, incorporating, in its manufacture, frameworks emerging at the base of the central rib which are open on site for their suitable positioning on the foundation platform, the concrete of the latter being made "in situ", allowing the positioning of cornices (mouldings) in the finish of the wall, drainage being achieved by means of the joins between neighbouring panels, adjustable special profiles being arranged in the said joins. <IMAGE>
